Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be experienced in yoga to join?

Absolutely not! Our classes are designed for all levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find options to support and challenge you. With both chair and mat classes, you can choose the style that feels right for your body.

What if I can’t make the live classes?

No worries at all! Every class is recorded and available in the private Facebook group for 30 days. That means you can practice anytime, anywhere — at your own pace.

What equipment do I need?

For mat classes, a yoga mat is recommended, a block and resistance band can be helpful (but not required). For chair yoga, all you need is a sturdy chair without arms. That’s it — simple, accessible, and flexible.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! We believe in flexibility. You can cancel your subscription at any time — no hidden fees, no long-term commitments. You’re always in control of your membership.
